Your child’s safety is of the utmost importance to us!  Each adult on campus will have secured a background check. Kids will be placed in cabins based on their age and gender. Bathrooms are gender specific and adults on campus will never shower at the same time as children! We will have certified lifeguards and medical staff on site to administer medication or make emergency decisions if needed. Our trained security team will be present at all hours.

Yes! At the time of registration you will be asked for a minimum deposit for each child. After that you will be able to continue to make payments on the amount up until July 1st. Final payments are due by July 1st.

We remember how much fun we had packing for camp so be sure to check your email closer to July for a detailed list!

A phone number will be provided to you the week prior to camp through your registration email. If there is an emergency, you may use this number to contact our camp team.

A licensed medical staff will be at camp at all times. At the time of check in, you will be able to check your child’s medication in to our nurse.

Our goal is that your child has the absolute BEST time encountering God and building community with friends. Because of this, we’re asking that your child does not bring his or her cell phone to camp. Our team will have their phones should the need arise.

We do have a refund policy in place. You can get a full refund (excluding fees) if you cancel prior to May 31st.  After May 31st we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate refunds.
