Your child’s safety is of the utmost importance to us!  Each adult on campus will have secured a background check. Kids will be placed in cabins based on their age and gender. Bathrooms are gender specific and adults on campus will never shower at the same time as children! We will have certified lifeguards and medical staff on site to administer medication or make emergency decisions if needed. Our trained security team will be present at all hours.

Kids going into kindergarten through fifth grade this fall (2023) are invited to join us!

Yes! At the time of registration you will be asked for a minimum deposit for each child. After that you will be able to continue to make payments on the amount up until July 24th. Final payments are due by July 24th.

Kids going into kindergarten, first, and second grade have the option to join us for day camp on August 7th and 8th. Kids going into first and second grade are invited to join us overnight! All kids going into 3rd-5th are invited to join us overnight only.

All check in times will take place at 8:30AM for overnight and day campers. Check out times for K-2nd graders will be at 5:00PM on August 7th and 8th. Check out time for 3rd-5th graders will be at 10AM on August 12th.

We remember how much fun we had packing for camp so be sure to check your email closer to August for a detailed list!

All meals and snacks are included in your registration. Water will be provided throughout the day on the campground so please send you child with a refillable water bottle with their first and last name written on it.

A phone number will be provided to you the week prior to camp through your registration email. If there is an emergency, you may use this number to contact our camp team.

A licensed medical staff will be at camp at all times. At the time of check in, you will be able to check your child’s medication in to our nurse.

Our goal is that your child has the absolute BEST time encountering God and building community with friends. Because of this, we’re asking that your child does not bring his or her cell phone to camp. Our kids team will have their phones should the need arise.

We do have a refund policy in place. You can get a full refund (excluding fees) if you cancel prior to June 15th.  After June 15th we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate refunds.
