Overview


- Be a brotherhood, a cohort of friends that consists of no more than 15 pastoral leaders.


- Become a highlight on your calendar, not an energy-drain to endure. 


- Have regular (monthly) virtual mastermind-style, collaborative meet ups where we can celebrate our wins, pass along our favorite resources, share our confidential prayer needs and get poured into by seasoned mentors. 


- Meet in-person at fun destination locations 2 times a year.


- Be low cost. To join up there wouldn’t be any fee. You’d only need to cover your travel & lodging when we meet up in-person. The biggest investment would be your time.


- Launch in August 2021 and run for 10-months.
